Jefri Darmadi is the President Director and is responsible for overseeing corporate investment, development and organization activities. He joined the Company in 1997 and has served in various JSI companies, as Commissioner, Director and / or Vice President Director.

Before joining JSI, he worked at the Bank of Tokyo in New York then at CitiGrowth Funds, now Sycamore Venture Capital in New Jersey.

Mr. Darmadi obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management from Golden Gate Univerity, USA, Master of Business Administration from University of Chicago and is an alumni of the Harvard Business School OPM (Owner President Management) Program.

Has sat in various capacities within the Company’s Boards of Directors and Commissioners since 1991. He served as President Director of the Company in 2003. He is responsible for managing and developing the Company’s investments in the hotel sector. Prior to joining the Company in 1990, he was Vice President and Division Head of Real Estate and Structured Finance, Citibank N.A. Jakarta where he successfully pioneered and developed a real estate division and made it one of the most profitable business for the bank. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration, Australian Graduate School of Management UNSW, New South Wales, Australia, and Bachelor Degree in Architecture, University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia.

Has sat in various capacities within the Board of Directors of the JSI Group. She successfully introduced and set up a Project Cost report system during the development of the Group's flagship resort hotel, Grand Hyatt Bali, Nusa Dua. Since joining the Group in 1989, she has been known to be the most reliable problem fixer in the areas of finance and accounting, and because of that achievement, she is the only other senior executive besides the Vice Chairman (Amir Abdul Rachman) who has gone full circle in having been assigned to every company in the Group. Her vast knowledge and experiences in managing and handling almost all of the Group business lines for almost 16 years are invaluable, especially in the field of control and group's performance. She holds a double bachelor degree in finance and accounting from Universitas Atmajaya, Jakarta.

Appointed as Director on 30 June 2006. Joined the Group in 2005 as Advisor and is concurrently President Director of PT Skyline Building. A graduate of Meiji University, Tokyo, with a Master Degree in Architecture, he has a long career with Itochu Corporation since 1971, with various prior assignments in Tokyo, Srilanka and Singapore.

Mr. Asali joined the Group in 1997 and is one of the key team members for the Group. Most of his assignments are in managing and monitoring certain business decisions of the Group's holding company such as merger & acquisition, business developments, debt restructuring and joint ventures. He also devotes his time to the private arms of the Group such as developing and setting up a venture capital and consumer financing company. Prior to joining, he was Business Development Officer at Djarum Group (1994-1997), Jakarta, Research Engineer at United Consulting Groups (1992-1993), Philadelphia, USA and Assistant Research Fellow at Unilever Research Laboratory (1987-1988), Biochemical Engineering Division, Vlaardingen, Netherland. He holds A Phd Degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, USA and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia.

One of the most senior members of the Executive Committee, Mr. Sofyan has been with the Group since 1981. At present, he is one the key persons instrumental in developing the Group's budget hotel portfolio. He has more than 28 years of working experience in numerous property companies in Indonesia which makes him very well connected in the industry. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universitas Parahyangan, Bandung.

Joined the Group in 2001. She is currently responsible for managing the Company's investments in the retail sector. Previously she served in various capacities as a Senior Management member in the Group's hotel division. Prior to joining JSI, she was Finance Director at PT Perkasa Finance (Bakrie Group) where she successfully set up an accounting information system for general ledger and leasing. Before that, she worked for PT Indosat followed by PT Wardley Summa Leasing and Astratel (Astra). She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from University of Indonesia, Jakarta.

She has been with the Group since 1992. She was a member of the successful initial team during the development of one of West Jakarta's renowned real estate development namely Taman Kebon Jeruk. She was very instrumental and one of the primary dirvers during the successful development of said estate. Prior to joining the Group in 1989, she worked at PT Intercon Enterprise. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from University of Indonesia, Jakarta.

She joined the Company in 2004. Prior to her transfer to the Company, she was the Head of Finance and Accounting Division at PT Antilope Madju Puri Indah (formerly a subsidiary of PT Antilope Madju) which managed Mal Puri Indah and Puri Indah Real Estate (1996-2004), and was part of the team that set up a finance and accounting system at Mal Puri Indah. She began her professional career as an auditor at KAP Prasetio Utomo & Co. and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from University of Tarumanagara, Jakarta.

Joined the Group in 2000, he was appointed as Director of the Group's hotel subsidiaries in 2007. Previously, he served in various capacities as a senior management handling various assignments in the companies within the Group.  To date, he has gained valuable experience in handling Accounting & Finance of almost all of the Group business lines. Prior to joining JSI, he had about 11-years experiences with several banking institutions with the various experiences in handling Marketing Corporate Banking, Risk Management, Merger & Acquisition and Branch Management. He started his career as a junior auditor at Hadori & Rekan (1985). He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from STIE YAI, Jakarta and has attended various trainings and professional degree in the areas of Banking and Finance.

Since joining the Group in 1990, she had been involved in the construction and renovation projects of the Grand Hyatt Bali, Raddin Ancol, Bali Hyatt, Raddin Sanur and Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta hotels until 1999, at which time she was the Senior Accounting Manager at the Company's Hotel Division. Between the year 2000 and 2004, she served as Deputy General Manager with assignments at various companies under the Group. Beginning in 2005 she has been in charge of the development of Puri Botanical Residence under PT. Copylas Indonesia and now holds the position as the Director at PT. Permata Hijau. Pettika Halim graduated with a degree in Economics in 1998.

She joined the Group in 2003. Most of her 25 year career revolved in the finance and accounting fields of a property and manufacturing company where she successfully developed an accounting system & procedures and accountring information system. She started her career as an auditor at KAP Drs. Hadi Sutanto & Co (1980 - 1983). Prior to joining the Group, she was Vice President of Forensic Accounting & Assets Tracing at BPPN (2000 - 2003), Finance Controller (1991 - 2000) at PT Bhumyamca Sekawan, a joint venture property services company with Sime Darby Berhad of Malaysia, and many positions either as chief accountant or as finance manager at several manufacturing companies during 1984 - 1991. She has a bachelor degree in accounting from University of Indonesia, Jakarta.

Starting his career in the Engineering Department of PT Skyline Building in 1987, he has since developed his professional career and competence in property management. His previous positions include General Manager for Apartment Rasuna Said Sky Garden (1993 - 1999) and Property Manager for Wisma Standard Chartered Bank (1990 - 1993). He graduated with an Engineering degree from Polytechnic - University of Indonesia in 1987.
