Mr. Hussein Kartasasmita has served as an Independent Commissioner on the Board of Commissioners since 2001. He also serves as Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee. He pursued his career for 30 years in the Directorate General of Taxation at the Ministry of Finance before retiring in 1985. He is also a Tax Consultant with over 40 years experience in Taxation. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, Jakarta, with a Propadeustic Degree in 1951, then continued his study at Rijksbelasting Academie, Rotterdam, Netherlands.
