Mr. Mohamad Nasrudin Sumintapura has served as President Commissioner of PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk. since 30 June 2009. A prominent figure in Indonesian business. Prior to joining JSI, he was an Advisor at PT J. Darmadi Business & Management Company. This was followed by several appointments in various positions as President Commissioner and Commissioner at several property companies and banks, among others PT Waskita Karya, PT (Persero) Pembangunan Perumahan, PT Bank Niaga Tbk. and PT Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia. He also served as state official, as Junior Finance Minister RI and Governor of Islamic Development Bank (1988-1993), Member of Supreme Advisory Council (1993-1998), and as representative of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia as an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the European Community (1999-2002). He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, and a Master of Arts from the University of Wisconsin, USA. At present, he is a lecturer in Economics Faculty, University of Indonesia and also serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Mayapada Tbk.
