Appointed as Director on 28 April 2011. Mr. Margiman joined JSI as Business Head of Residential in April 2009. Currently, he also serves as the President Director at PT Antilope Madju and PT Permata Hijau. He has extensive experience of more than 15 years in business development in the property sector. Before joining the Company, he worked at Ciputra Group (1995-2009) with his last position as Director of Operations and was actively involved in developing several real estate projects such as Patmase Residence in Jimbaran Bali, Taman Dayu in Pandaan, East Java as well as CitraLand City, Ciputra Golf & Country Club and Ciputra University in Surabaya. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Parahyangan University, Bandung, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Prasetiya Mulya Management Institute, and a Master of Science (MS) in Marketing Communication, from Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) Chicago.
