JSI through the Hotel Group, currently operates 7 hotels in Jakarta, Bali and Yogyakarta with a total capacity of 2469 rooms. Three of those six hotels are located in Bali, namely Grand Hyatt Bali, Bali Hyatt and Mercure Resort Sanur. Mercure Convention Center is located in Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, Jakarta's largest marina recreation center. In addition, the Company also operates the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Yogyakarta. On August 2008, JSI just opened the second Formule 1 hotel chain in Indonesia located in Cikini, Jakarta, namely Hotel Formule 1 Cikini.

The Residential Group currently owns strata-title apartment of Setiabudi Residences as well as landed residential of Puri Botanical Residence and Taman Permata Buana. The Group began construction of Setiabudi Residences in January 2005. Located strategically in Jakarta's Kuningan business district, the building will house 300 units of strata title apartment. The development of Puri Botanical Residence, on the other hand, was also started in January 2005. The property is located in highly valued area of Mega Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta and is developed on more than 96 ha of land. The Company is currently developing Hyarta Residence, a luxury residential housing in Yogyakarta and Setiabudi SkyGarden, strata title and service apartment in Kuningan area.

Through the Commercial Property Group, JSI manages a portfolio of businesses that rents office spaces, apartment units, townhouses and retail spaces. In Office Rental business, the Company owns and operates the Plaza Setiabudi building and Menara Cakrawala. The Company's Apartment and Townhouse Rental business, on the other hand, owns and operates the full-serviced Tamanpuri Setiabudi. In addition, the Company also owns and manages retail properties of Setiabudi One and Plaza Menteng in Jakarta, as well as Bali Collection (formerly Galeria Nusa Dua) in Bali. The total spaces available in those retail properties are 11,533, 4,328 and 26,841 sqm, respectively.
