The 18-storey office building was established by a joint-venture between JSI and Itochu Corporation of Japan in 1974. It was Itochu's first building construction project in Indonesia.

The building has a basement level, a 450-car parking space, and a net rentable area of 17,800 square meters. Managed and operated by PT Skyline Building, it currently houses numerous Japanese companies as tenants.
