Through the Commercial Property Group, JSI manages a portfolio of businesses that rents office spaces, apartment units, townhouses and retail spaces. In Office Rental business, the Company owns and operates the Plaza Setiabudi building - consisting of Setiabudi 2 and Setiabudi Atrium with total spaces of 39,426 sqm - and Menara Cakrawala, an 18-storey building located at Jalan Thamrin, Jakarta, with total spaces of 17,800 sqm. The Company's Apartment and Townhouse Rental business, on the other hand, owns and operates the full-serviced Tamanpuri Setiabudi with total capacity of 40 units. In addition, the Company also owns and manages retail properties of Setiabudi One and Plaza Menteng in Jakarta, as well as Bali Collection (formerly Galeria Nusa Dua) in Bali. The total spaces available in those retail properties are 11,533, 4,328 and 26,841 sqm, respectively.
