PT Skyline Building, a Foreign Investment Company, was established by Itochu Corporation of Japan and JSI to jointly construct Skyline Building (now Menara Cakrawala) in 1974. It was Itochu's first real estate investment in Indonesia at the time. Menara Cakrawala is managed and operated by PT Skyline Building to this day.
The Company also owns, manages, and operates Tamanpuri Setiabudi, a 40-unit townhouse complex, located behind Plaza Setiabudi along Jl. HR Rasuna Said. |
